The holiday season is a special time at Rotation Engineering & Manufacturing. It’s a time when our entire team comes together to celebrate the successes of the year, reflect on our shared accomplishments, and enjoy some well-deserved fun and relaxation.

Fresh Turkeys & Holiday EventsAt Rotation, the season kicks off the week prior to Thanksgiving when our owner hands a fresh turkey to every employee to be enjoyed at Thanksgiving or another time with friends and family.
Among the many traditions that make the season so enjoyable is our much-anticipated annual off-site holiday party. Held at a nearby venue in Brooklyn Park, Minn., the party is more than just an evening out; it’s an opportunity for employees to connect outside the workplace and strengthen the camaraderie that defines our company culture.

This year’s party was no exception. The event featured a delicious meal and the iconic gift giveaway! During the evening, each employee is invited to open a random wrapped gift – without knowing whether the gift is a cordless drill or a Bluetooth speaker or a TV! Every employee in attendance receives a gift at this fun event.
Connecting with Colleagues
One of the most rewarding aspects of the holiday party is the chance to connect on a personal level with colleagues and their guests. It’s a time to step away from the demands of our core metal stamping, toolmaking and laser fabrication jobs and appreciate the diverse group of individuals who make up the Rotation Engineering family.
Since Rotation operates three shifts, this event is one of the few times our three shifts gather together at one time. For many, it’s these personal connections that make Rotation Engineering such a great place to work. Each year, the holiday party is a highlight for employees.

Another cherished event is Rotation’s on-site potluck lunch, typically held the week prior to Christmas. Employees enjoy sharing their family favorites – from spicy wings to tater tot hotdish and from egg rolls to authentic frybread – and everyone enjoys eating it!
Looking Ahead
As the holiday season continues in 2025, we look forward to carrying the spirit of camaraderie and gratitude into the new year. Events like the holiday party and employee potluck remind us why we do what we do and reinforce the strong sense of community that sets Rotation Engineering & Manufacturing apart.
