Rotation’s new Timesaver Compact 9 Metal Finisher

Rotation Engineering and Manufacturing has recently enhanced its production capabilities by adding state-of-the-art metal finishing equipment designed to deburr and finish small parts with precision. The newly acquired Timesavers Compact 9 Series machine delivers consistent, high-quality surface finishes by removing imperfections such as scratches, burrs, and uneven textures. It also breaks and conditions edges and removes heavy slag, ensuring a clean and uniform appearance.

When a Consistent Finish is Critical

One of the standout features of the Timesavers Compact 9 is its ability to produce a straight-line finish—a directional grain pattern that is essential in industries where surface consistency and quality are critical for both safety and performance.

By integrating this equipment into our operations, Rotation can now achieve superior surface finishes more efficiently, reducing both time and labor compared to traditional methods. The Compact 9 Series accommodates part sizes ranging from 2” x 2” up to 8.75” x 72” and is compatible with a wide range of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, steel, copper, and more. Its compact footprint and low power requirements allow flexible placement within Rotation’s stamping and fabrication facility, ensuring optimal workflow.
